Owner with: 2 properties or less, their charge is 12% of the rent, plus applicable gross receipts tax.

Owner with: 4 properties and up, their charge is 10% of the rent, plus applicable gross receipts tax.

Owners with more than 15 properties, please contact our office. 

Current gross receipts tax (GRT) for Clovis: 7.9375% and Portales is: 8.5500%

Some of our management services include:
• Tenant application & screening
• Collecting tenant rental payments
• Routine Inspections, which includes: (6 month) move in, move out, scheduling maintenance and repairs, scheduling turnover repairs, filing collections, court documents and proceedings when necessary.
