Homespot was so good to my husband and I. I would recommend this company to everyone. They didn’t charge us any late fees and we had to break our lease due to personal reasons. They didn’t charge us anything for breaking it, they were so helpful and so kind.

Being a renter for 20 years in 5 different states, I can honestly say HomeSpot was the best property managers I ever leased from. They work earnestly to make repairs or even replacements when reported. Fair and just in pricing and all business dealings. No hidden fees or nonsense and a friendly and supportive staff. Melissa, Kenevan, Jody and their whole crew made our move to Portales easy, and our time they’re wonderful. There are a lot of crooks in Property Management but these are good honest people.

My lease, throughout its term has been satisfactory and an optimal space for someone like me and my ESA. The agency will also work with you, as long as tenants are willing to work and treat the rental with uttermost care. Like all great agencies, they are tasked with many work orders. To ensure a quality fix, time is at the essence in which both the tenant and maintenance work accordingly together. This business has proven itself to handle any issues you come across; in a prompt and professional manner. I would recommend this agency for any college student or single person in search of 1 bed and 1 bath.

We rented from Homespot and had no issues at all! They were responsive to all of our inquiries, and our maintenance requests were swiftly taken care of. We kept the house clean and received our full deposit back. They were great to work with and always super friendly.
